- Upon receipt of an email enquiry, Rob's Media will attempt to contact clients to arrange an initial consultation call or discuss over email or social media platform messaging.
- Initial consultation calls/messaging to discuss requirements are free of charge with a suitable time and date agreed between both parties
- Within your consultation, both parties will discuss desired outcome and target deadlines for completion and a representative from Rob's Media shall return a full quote, normally within 1 week.
- Should clients wish to book the date discussed, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the proposed date of filming.
- The remaining balance will become payable following completion of filming/photos of agreed date.
- By agreeing to proposals, clients agree to additional £25 per day late payment charge until outstanding balance is paid.
- Change of dates: One change of date can be requested and is subject to the following:
- More than 14 days of date set; can do so subject to availability. A loss of deposit shall come in should a new date not be agreed within 8 weeks of original date.
- Clients who require changes from 14 days but more than 7 days of original date set; can do subject to availability. Clients will also be subject to a 10% (of full price) surcharge. A loss of deposit shall come in should a new date not be requested or agreed within 8 weeks of original date.
- Clients who request a change with 7 days or less of agreed date of work will be subject to full quoted price of work.
- Cancellation: Should clients wish to cancel, the will forfeit deposit paid and:
- if 14 days to 7 days of original date set clients will also be subject to an additional 10% (of full price) surcharge.
- if 7 less than days of original date set clients will also be subject to the full price quoted.
- Should Rob's Media be required to amend or cancel the booking, clients will be entitled to change dates or a full refund of their deposit.
- Products: Clients will be provided with finished product(s) in line with the agreed scope and requirements of the project as agreed in initial consultation call. Any additional services not explicitly mentioned, including but not limited to; RAW files, unused footage/photos, will require separate negotiation.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the project, this includes the right to record and/or photograph clients. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Rob's Media
- Revisions: Revisions will be accommodated within the scope of the project and agreed upon at outset. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Clients have up to 72 hours to request revisions otherwise Rob's Media shall assume work complete and to satisfaction.
- Intellectual Property: All designs and photographs created by Rob's Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients gain limited rights as outlined in the agreement.
- Liability: Rob's Media is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our services or deliverables.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond our control.
- Amendments: Rob's Media reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.
